Hardcover with dust jacket, light blue cloth with gilt spine and cover titles, 22 by 28.5 cm, (xiii) 302 pp., illus. The hardcover is very good with light edge wear, faint sun fading on the spine, and bumping at small tears at the head and tail of the spine. The interior is clean and bright with no writing or other marks. The jacket is poor with large chips, tears, heavy wear and old tape repairs on the back side.
