Complete with 40 trading cards (7.6 by 10.1 cm) in clear plastic 10.5 by 15.8 cm case, cover card featuring Hitler and artist credits on verso, and commentary/copyright card. Cards are fine; cover and commentary card are very good with some faint edge wear and yellowing. The case has minor wear and the hinges, while intact, have some weakening so they will pop open if you don’t get the cards in just right. “An intensely illustrated 40-card set depicting The World’s Most Hated People […] These cards include the Twentieth Century’s most despised Tyrants, Politicians, Criminals, & Entertainers. In this exclusive 1st printing find full-time blood boilers like Daryl Gates, Saddam Hussein, Adolph Hitler, Al Capone, Tipper Gore, David Duke, Charles Manson, Donald Trump [some excellent foresight here], Milli Vanilli, Pol Pot, Richard Nixon, Imelda Marcos, George Bush & 27 others you love to hate! All caricatures created by L.A.’s most talented & notorious artists in the Inglorious tradition of the trash-culture underground.” The artists include Chuck Biscuits (drummer from Black Flag, Circle Jerks, Danzig, among others), hot rod artist Coop, rock music poster artists Alan Forbes, Bad Otis Link (a painter and illustrator, he was one of the original LA punk artists, designing merchandise for groups like The Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Damned, Social Distortion, TSOL, The Adolescents, Danzig, Circle Jerks, Wasted Youth, and many more)x, “Lord of Lowbrow” The Pizz, and “Mad” Marc Rude (best known for his cover art for The Misfit’s “Earth A.D. album), as well as Andy Jenkins, Rob Malone, Paul Postal, Bob Thomson, and Jeff Tremaine. Some great art up front and humorous bios on the backside.
