A “Centennial” menu (1840-1940) for Antoine’s of New Orleans, Roy L. Alciatore, proprietor, featuring their well-known Creole cuisine. Antoine’s, who hosted several U.S. presidents, was immortalized by Frances Parkinson Keyes's best-selling mystery novel Dinner at Antoine's.
