A fantastic menu from El Rancho Vegas, at one time hailed as Vegas’ first resort hotel. The main officers’ open mess, now called The Benning Club (the Supper Club is now a banquet room), is located at one of the country’s largest U.S. Army bases and many young recruits (including me) passed though the camp for basic training.
